Psychological Therapy Services
You’ve taken the first step in reclaiming your life from anxiety, depression, trauma, or loss.
I offer professional, evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents in Drogheda and Dundalk — a calm, private space to reflect, rebuild, and grow.
What I Help With
I work with both adults and adolescents (typically aged 13 and older) who are experiencing:
Anxiety, panic, or stress
Depression and low mood
Trauma, grief, or loss
Relationship or family difficulties
Emotional regulation challenges (including in teenagers)
School, exam, or social pressures
Identity and life transitions
Neurodivergent experiences such as autism, ADHD, and burnout
My Approach
Every client is unique, and therapy should reflect that.
I work collaboratively, drawing from:
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Person-centred and relational approaches
I use an evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming framework that recognises both individual strengths and challenges
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change" - Carl Rogers
What to Expect
The first session (60 minutes) is an opportunity to talk about what’s happening, what you’d like to change, and to see if therapy feels right for you.
Ongoing sessions are 50-60 minutes, usually weekly.
Fee: €100 per session.
Sessions can take place in Drogheda, Dundalk, or online.
For adolescents: therapy is collaborative and developmentally appropriate. Confidentiality and parental involvement are discussed at the outset to ensure a safe and supportive process for the young person.
Locations
Drogheda: Suite 4, 8 Fair Street, A92 X289
Dundalk: 57 Dublin Street, A91 AC81
